By providing your cell phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS/MMS offers, reminders, updates) from Rebuilt Strength LLC. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the number you provided during signup or any number you later designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency may vary. Rebuilt Strength LLC reserves the right to change the frequency or content of messages at any time, and to update the phone number or short code used to send messages. We will notify you if this occurs.
We make no guarantee that messages will be delivered in all areas or supported by all mobile devices or carriers. Delayed or undelivered messages are not the responsibility of Rebuilt Strength LLC, our messaging providers, or mobile carriers.
Cancellation

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBUILT STRENGTH LLC AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REBUILT STRENGTH LLC, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE MESSAGING SERVICE.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebuilt Strength LLC, its employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of the messaging program or your violation of these terms.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Messaging Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of JAMS. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
What this means: If you have a legal issue with us, you agree to settle it privately through an arbitrator, not through a lawsuit or class action. It’s faster, cheaper, and more private.
Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms at any time. Continued participation in the messaging program means you accept those changes. Please review this page periodically.
