Programming Around Pain: Low Back Intensive
This is a deep dive into the most common pain area, the low back. Â This is a remote intensive course that spans over 3 weeks. Â In that time, we will go into great detail about the low back and give you real actionable strategies, framework and skills that you can take right to your clients.
This Intensive will meet once a week for 4 weeks with some additional work to complete in between each meeting.
This is a great way to enhance your skillset as a coach and become confident in coaching people in pain.
Intensive meets Wednesday evenings from 7pm-8pm. Beginning May 20th
