Dr. Justin Farnsworth PT, SCS, CSCS
Dr. Justin Farnsworth is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist with over a decade in medicine and over 20 years in high performance and general fitness as a coach. He has led over 100 in person certification courses since 2020 and has been on all sides of the training to rehab spectrum as a coach, professional athlete and clinician.
He believes that good training and good rehab are one and the same and has a goal of empowering both coaches and clinicians with practical knowledge that is evidence-based, actionable, and adaptable to real-world client needs.
He currently manages his own training and education business that helps both coaches and clients truly “bridge the gap” between rehab and performance while understanding how to truly utilize exercise as medicine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these programs already set?
No, your program is custom to you. No two programs are the same, and each program is designed with your individual needs in mind. I also will make adjustments throughout your program based on your needs. Your coaching notes are also specific to you as well as the explanation of the program and what your specific focus should be.
Can I get stronger even if I have pain?
Yes! Pain is part of the human experience, just resting and doing rehab exercises forever is not the answer. If you are experiencing pain that is limiting you in the gym and limiting you from achieving your goals, we will work to get you stronger and in turn your pain will improve. This is what the RE:Built training method is all about.
How is this different than other training programs?
Working with me gives you access to over 20 years of experience as a coach working with high level athletes. As well as my background is a doctor of physical therapy, and board certified sports clinical specialist, working with some of the top surgeons in the country. I have combined my experience and knowledge in all of these areas to create this training system. And that is exactly what it is, its not a cookie cutter method, is not one size fits all, its truly individualized.
