Success Stories

Melissa Ray

Owner, Mettle And Moxie

ProAP was an absolute game changer for me and my coaching staff. Justin delivered complex, incredibly valuable material in a way that was clear, practical, and easy to implement-whether you’re a veteran coach or just starting out. The hands-on breakout sessions were especially impactful, giving us the confidence and tools to immediately apply what we learned with our clients. I can’t recommend this course enough for any coach who wants to better support clients dealing with pain.

Dr. David Solnik, PT

Owner, Stronger In Motion

ProAP fills the most glaring gap in fitness education, answering the question: What do I do when my client has pain? It’s not just theory, it’s a step by step guide to what questions to ask, assessments to complete and most importantly, what to do with that information. While other courses teach theories of pain and application of exercise, ProAP connects theory to practice so coaches and trainers can hit the ground running as soon as they get back in the gym.

Grace Valentic

Owner, Growth Grit And Grace Coaching
I’ve taken a lot of different CEU courses over the past six years as a trainer, but the education Justin is providing through Programming Around Pain blows all of the other courses out of the water. You won’t find a more in depth and practical workshop, that gives you everything you could need as a coach.
